Order Cancellation
It is possible to cancel or change a purchase as long as the order status is not packed or shipped. you can email our team through cs@rettraw.com or message us though Instagram: @rettraw in order to assist you.


UAE Return & Exchange Requests (UAE Only)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 3 days of receiving it. Make sure items are unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with all tags still on.

Rettraw does not issue Cash or Credit Card refunds, all sort of refunds are issued as store credits. Rettraw follows a Return-Then-Exchange approach where you will be able to return or exchange your items following the below steps:

  • Step 1: Submit a Return-then-Exchange request by contacting us through email: cs@rettraw.com or Instagram: @Rettraw. mention your order number and the items you would like to return or exchange.
  • Step 2: Rettraw will schedule a pick up for the items you would like to return or exchange.
  • Step 3: If the items are unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all tags still on, Rettraw will issue a coupon code with the amount of the returned items and send it to you using the same method you submitted your request (email or Instagram)
  • Step 4: Customers may use the coupon code to place their new order via Rettraw's website. The issued coupon is considered a store credit that can be used on all items with no expiry date at the checkout page.

Rettraw has the full right to reject the Return-then-Exchange request if the items turned out to be washed, worn, damaged, or labels removed.    ​

**Shipping, Delivery, Customs, and Clearance costs are non-refundable and will not be included as part of your return-then-exchange coupon.

Rettraw does not offer Refund or Return or Exchange to countries other than the UAE for the time being.
