Order Cancellation Requests

You may submit a request to cancel Your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the order has gone through its next day (after 12:00 am Jordan time) or is already shipped or delivered or processed we will not be able to approve any cancelation requests.

Returns & Exchange Requests

Rettraw follows a "Return-then-Exchange" approach if it was related to one of the below conditions:

  • Damaged Product (eg. Ripped, Sewing Issues, or any manufacturer defects)

  • Receiving the wrong Product (Rettraw’s Error)

  • If the Product didn't meet Your expectations or You didn't like any of the received Products

For the conditions above, Rettraw has the full right to reject the Return-then-Exchange request after reviewing all inputs provided regarding the case. The Return-then-Exchange request will be considered invalid if defected returned Products turn out to be a customer caused the defect or turned out to be that the Product is consumed or was used by the customer.

Return-then-Exchange requests shall be placed within three (3) days of the order delivery. Rettraw may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.

To place a Return-then-Exchange request for an order placed with Rettraw, You would need to contact Rettraw via Rettraw's Contact Us page or via email Please have Your order number available and provide reasons and pictures (if needed) for Your request in order to speed up the process. Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days and we will notify You via email of the results.

If the Return-then-Exchange request was approved by Rettraw, You will need to ship the Products to an address that will be included in the notification email (all charges related to reshipping shall be handled by You) if You live outside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, however, if You live in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Rettraw will arrange for a pick-up.

Once the Products are received to our facilities, Rettraw will issue a coupon code with the total eligible amount of the returned Products/order and provide You with it via email to use it for Your future order.

*Shipping, Delivery, Customs, and Clearance costs are non-refundable.​
