IMPORTANT NOTICE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDERS VIA THIS WEBSITE.

Delivery & Risk of Loss

Delivery Period: (8 - 16) business days all year except for orders placed between the 10th - 31st of January will require (20 - 40) business days due to the Chinese New Year holiday. However, all delivery dates (whether provided here, on the Website, in an Order confirmation, or elsewhere) are estimates only and not a guarantee that any of the Products will be delivered by a given date.

Delivery will be made to the address You provided to Rettraw when You placed Your Order. You must immediately notify Rettraw via Rettraw's Contact Us page or via email cs@rettraw.com of any errors or omissions in the Order Confirmation Email or in the Payment Notification that is sent to You on the email address We have in Our records.

All risk of loss for the Product shall pass to You upon delivery of the Product to the location specified in Your Order (even if no signature is required for delivery). If You should refuse or fail to take delivery of the Product, all risk of loss for the Product will thereupon pass to You and, upon the demand of Rettraw, You shall pay Rettraw for the Product plus any additional amounts incurred by Rettraw as a result of Your refusal or failure to take delivery of the Product, including, without limitation, attempting delivery of the Product by any reasonable means, or storing the Product. Rettraw will be entitled to dispose of the Product in such manner as it sees fit. If You have not taken delivery of the Product within three (3) days after (a) the scheduled date of delivery or (b) the date on which delivery call was first attempted, whichever is later.

Except as section "Order Cancellation" of our terms and conditions may apply to Your Order, or as described by Rettraw in the Order form for Your Order, You are not entitled to revoke or cancel in whole or in part any Order.

Any delays in orders delivery due to countries' rules and regulations of their government customs or due to customer delays in fulfilling payments including shipping, handling, duties, or taxes are not considered Rettraw's responsibility and shall leave Rettraw with no liability.

Once Rettraw ships the order and provide You with the tracking number. Your order will be considered fulfilled and it will be Your responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier on the status of Your order.
